How does it work?
- Fixed basic commission: 1%

The fixed rate of 1% applies to the final purchase price, regardless of the negotiation outcome. - Variable commission: 10% of the negotiated savings

An example:
Suppose you have your eye on a property with an asking price of $600,000.

- The fixed brokerage fee is 1% of $580,000, so $5,800.
- The variable brokerage fee is 10% of the savings ($20,000), so $2,000.
In total, you pay $7,800 in brokerage fees, while you saved $20,000 on the asking price.
