This residence is located in the quiet hilly area of Bonaire, named Sabadeco Crown Terrace. House number 30 is located at the end of a cul–de–sac. On the plot is a main residence and an apartment, both fully screened. The residence is available from 5 April till 1 November.

Between the two lodgings is the swimming pool where you can cool off and swim a lap. The enclosures are surrounded by a mature garden. Upon entering the main house, on the left you see the master bedroom with double beds, walk-in closet and a spacious bathroom. The living room is located in the middle of the main house and the dining/study on your right. The rooms can be separated by room dividers.

Along the living and the bed room is a huge terrace that has breathtaking views of Bonaire, the ocean and Klein Bonaire.

In the kitchen and storage room (along the poolside), you find an oven, dishwasher, electrical hob, fridge, microwave and some convenient kitchen appliances.

The laundry room with washing machine, sink and shelves is opposite the main house. From the parking on the westside, via a small staircase down into the garden, you arrive at the drying rack out of sight.

The residence has been designed for the tropics ‘on the wind’, using the trade wind as natural ventilation. The wind blows lovely through the rooms via glass shutters. As extra the rooms have ceiling ventilators in case of less windy days.

This home is very suitable for people who are looking for a peacefull environment, close to nature, escaped from today‘s hectic.

The apartment is a smaller version of the main house located at the backside of the property with its own terrace on the east side.

Upon entering the apartment, the bedroom is located on the right. It also has double beds and is equipped with air conditioning. If you walk straight ahead you will enter the bathroom. Behind it is the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with oven and microwave. To the right of the kitchen is the living room with a dining room table and sitting area.

Both the main house and apartment have internet and TV. The rental price excludes water and electricity. Included in the price is internet/TV subscription, and the weekly poolservice.
