This charming detached house is located on Kaya Jade, where only local traffic comes in the popular Santa Barbara district.

The house has a garden all around and cozy seating areas on all sides and there is a porch where you can relax. Upon entering, there is an open kitchen on the left with a view of the pool and the ocean. On the right is the stairs and access to a bathroom and bedroom. Climbing the stairs takes you to the landing. Here are the access to the bedrooms on the left and right and the bathroom is located in between. The bedroom on the left has a balcony overlooking the ocean and Klein Bonaire.

In the garden there is another cottage located by the swimming pool, which is ideal for use as a guest room or teenager’s room. On the other side of the pool is another bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also a lovely seating area where you can enjoy the view.

All sleeping areas are equipped with an air conditioner.
