Resort Bonaire is a vacation residence located in the heart of Belnem, built in 2017/2018. The vacation resort consists of 6 buildings (each with 19 apartments) surrounding a swimming pool with a sandy beach. Owners are allowed to use their apartment for 4 weeks per year; for the rest of the time, it is rented out by a management organization. Permanent residency is not allowed.

Layout
Apartment F 0.5 (type Hardin) is situated on the ground floor and has 1 bedroom with a walk-in closet, 1 bathroom, and a living room with an open kitchen. Next to the seating area by the TV, there is a dining table by the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all the amenities you would expect in a vacation home, including a microwave, dishwasher, induction cooktop, and fridge/freezer.

The indoor and outdoor spaces blend seamlessly: sliding doors connect the living room to the covered porch. The apartment is fully furnished in ecru, light brown, and green tones and features wood-look tile flooring. The sofa in the living room can be used as an extra bed, creating 2 additional sleeping spaces. The total living space is 57 m², including a 14 m² covered porch. Apartment F 0.5 is located in the rear building on the right, near the swimming pool and beach bar.

From the living area, you enter the bedroom, which features a 180×210 cm box spring bed. This spacious bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, a walk-in closet with a safe, and an inverter air conditioner. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, a wall-mounted toilet with soft-close, and a washbasin with a round vessel sink and plenty of storage.

The apartment is fully secured with screens on the windows, so you won’t be bothered by mosquitoes. Finally, the unit is equipped with 3 ceiling fans.

A supermarket for daily groceries is within walking distance of Resort Bonaire. Popular beach spots like Delfins and the trendy Ocean Oasis beach club are also very close by. The center of Kralendijk is an 8-minute drive away.
