Layout

On two adjacent plots totaling 20,494 sq.ft (1,904 m²) of leasehold land lies All Seasons, a resort consisting of 6 detached buildings located between Kaya Inglatera and Kaya Finlandia. The bathrooms are fitted with hanging toilets, sinks, and walk-in showers with glass partitions. The bathrooms and kitchens have hot and cold running water. All bedrooms are equipped with inverter air conditioning units, ceiling fans and a very good internet connection. Each unit also has a spacious private terrace with seating.

Transfer of ownership will be in consultation, taking into account existing contracts and agreements.
