Waterlands Village is completely fenced, has a beautiful communal swimming pool and there is more than enough parking space on site.

You enter the house through the back and immediately enter the open kitchen and living room. The kitchen has a cooking island with bar chairs where you can sit comfortably and is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hobs, spacious worktop and American-style fridge freezer.

Through the sliding doors in the living room there is access to the very large covered terrace, which can be closed for children, with a view of the beautiful tropical courtyard. On the right side of the living room and open kitchen you will find a large bedroom with 3 fitted wardrobes and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with double sinks, spacious shower and toilet. This bedroom gives access to both the terrace and the unique outdoor shower room. On the left side of the living room and kitchen is a spacious second bedroom with 2 fitted wardrobes and also access to the terrace. Finally, on the left rear there is a third bedroom with 2 small single beds. Both bedrooms share the bathroom which has a single sink, shower and toilet. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets.
