Layout

The house has a long driveway with a storage room and a laundry room at the end. Via a concrete staircase with a few steps you reach the porch with (IGUI) swimming pool on the same level. The living room with L-shaped kitchen has patio doors with a view of both the porch and the garden at the front and back.

In the side wing, which is perpendicular to the living area, are the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The largest bedroom with bathroom en-suite is located at the front and at the back is the second bedroom. In the hallway that connects the bedrooms is a third bedroom and the guest bathroom.

Via a spiral staircase in the garden is access to the roof terrace, which offers a very wide view over Klein Bonaire, Kralendijk and even the BOPEC. At the back of the house is a sheltered garden with lots of shade.
