The studio has a porch. Inside, the studio is equipped with air conditioning, a wardrobe, a bed, a desk with chairs, and a TV. The kitchen features a 2-burner electric hob, a coffee maker, and a microwave. Of course, cutlery, crockery, and glassware are also provided. The bathroom has a double sink with a mirror, towels, a toilet, and a shower.

There is also a house and another studio on the property; the entrance is on Kaya Venus. The entry of Studio Lima is on the Kaya Lima. There is a washing machine you share.
