The studio has a spacious porch. Inside, the studio is equipped with air conditioning, a wardrobe, a double bed, a desk with chairs, and a TV. The kitchen features a 2-burner electric hob, a coffee maker, and a toaster. Of course, cutlery, crockery, and glassware are also provided. The bathroom has a sink with a mirror, towels, a toilet, and a shower.

There is also a house and another studio on the property; the entrance is on Kaya Lima. Studio Venus 12 offers the option to park a car inside the gate. There is a washing machine you share.
