Rancho San Minguel is completely remote, surrounded by the natural beauty that Bonaire has to offer. It is located in the middle of Kunuku, but you can be back in Kralendijk within 10 minutes by car.

Layout

The property, covering no less than 1.3 hectares, is fully fenced and accessible through a gate at the front, keeping goats and donkeys (in principle) from entering. As a result, many local trees and plants thrive here.

The lodge is an elongated building with a stone foundation and a wooden upper floor at the rear right of the property. This former stable has been converted into a residence with 2 bedrooms.

On the ground floor, there is a cozy kitchen-living area and one bedroom. There are both indoor and outdoor showers, and at the front, a porch with a picnic table. At the back, there is a seating area that catches the breeze perfectly under a beautiful tree. A wide wooden outdoor staircase leads to the first floor, where there is a second bedroom with a large open porch/living area. The walls and ceiling of the upstairs bedroom are insulated.

This home is equipped with 11 solar panels, batteries, and 2 tanks providing a total of 5 m³ of water storage. Water is supplied by WEB every two weeks.
