Kaya Heru is located in the popular Santa Barbara district. Very quiet neighborhood with generally destination traffic in the street. The shops, restaurants and supermarkets are less than a 10-minute drive away.

This light pink fully furnished house has an unobstructed view of the ocean, a beautiful mature garden with its own jeu de boules court. The entrance is located on the side of the house. When you enter, you immediately step into the living room with sitting area and TV and open kitchen that is fully equipped. The bedrooms and bathrooms are located to the right of the living room. On the left is a large sliding door that gives access to the veranda with swimming pool and palapa with lounge set. There is also a hammock to chill in.
The bedrooms both have a double bed and air conditioning in the room. The guest room also has a wardrobe. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom.
