Layout

The main entrance leads to the bright living room, which on the right side is a modern U-shaped kitchen. This kitchen is equipped with luxury appliances such as an American fridge, oven, dishwasher and a handmade apothecary cabinet. The location on the wind ensures natural ventilation.

The living room has a cozy sitting area as a dining area. At the rear of the house there are three bedrooms. The small bedroom is furnished as a teenager’s room. The other two bedrooms have a double bed. The large bedroom has air conditioning, the other bedrooms have natural ventilation.

The shutters on the windy side of the house close automatically when it rains by means of a rain sensor. The exterior doors and windows have also been renewed with sustainable aluminum frames. Outside is a spacious porch, complete with second (outdoor) kitchen including barbecue. The covered terrace is a wonderful place to relax in the middle of the green, well-maintained garden.
