Behind the pool on the sea side is a gazebo with two floors. It is used as a lounge area to enjoy the breeze and the beautiful view. With some adjustments, this could also be converted into an extra residence.

The house has plenty of storage space, good technical facilities, a laundry room, diving cabinets and a rinse tank. The garden is mature with large palm trees and many tropical plants. There is a double carport that could be converted into an extra residence with some adjustments.

Technical information

Residential area II (“Woongebied II”) applies. When the spatial development plan came into force, La Pura Vista already existed as a residential recreation. Therefore, it may continue to fulfill this function. The permit is on the property. This means that a new buyer can put a license in his/her name (just as sellers have done when purchasing).

Sellers have a lodging permit and a business permit, as it is currently offered as group accommodation without food and drink. A new owner can also apply for a hotel permit.

Santa Barbara is located “on the hill” and is approximately an 8-minute drive from the center of Kralendijk. The Kaya Turkesa is the second highest street in this district, so there is a beautiful ocean view.
