      This fixed commission covers the basic services we provide as a buyer\u2019s agent, such as selecting properties, conducting market analyses, arranging viewings, and guiding you through the entire purchasing process. The fixed rate of 1% applies to the final purchase price, regardless of the negotiation outcome.<\/li>\n
    2. Variable commission: 10% of the negotiated savings<\/strong>
      The variable portion of the commission is based on how much we are able to negotiate off the asking price for you. The more we, as your agent, save for you, the higher the variable commission. This means that we are extra motivated to negotiate the best possible price for you and means you only pay more when we actually save you money.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
