The fixed 1% commission is calculated on the final purchase price, regardless of the outcome of the negotiations. <\/li>\n
    2. Variable commission: 10% of the negotiated savings<\/strong>
      The variable portion of our commission is based on how much we are able to negotiate off the asking price on your behalf. The more we save you, the higher the variable commission. This gives us an additional incentive to negotiate the best possible price for you and means that you only pay us more when we actually save you money. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
