In cooperation with a large insurer established on the Netherlands Antilles we have come to an agreement which enables you to insure your house against for instance damages caused by fire or hurricanes on favourable terms.

The most extensive conditions apply to this policy amongst which fire damage, heavy weather/hurricane damage, damages caused by burglary and includes a FREE insurance liability insurance as well as a FREE accident insurance!

We can offer you this policy at a premium of Ang 2,60 per Ang 1.000,- insured value which is often at least 20% less than other insurers on the Netherlands Antilles can offer you. Of course under restriction of an inspection or appraisal

Because other than brokerage, we also appraise. As a special service we offer you a revaluation on your property, in case you decide to take out this policy through our mediation. This to determine the rebuilding value so your insurance will fully cover all eventual damage and in this way prevent additional problems such as being underinsured.
